IBC introduces a traditional Graff style beer Named Prince Charming
IBC craft beer brewery and a part of The Trenton Group has a new addition to its ambrosial menu, called Prince Charming. It’s a specialty are prepared by fermenting a mouth-watering blend of malt and Fresh apple, traditionally known as Graff and then ageing it with fresh strawberries. Notably, IBC is the first to introduce Graff as a style in alcohol.
This spritzy beer with a semi-sweet finish oozes of a luscious flavour of juicy strawberries and its caramelly-aroma. With a percentage of 4.8 in ABV and 0 on IBU, it’s available in three sizes of 250ml, 500ml and 1 litre. Moreover, it reflects a slight pink hue that tingles the taste-buds to crave for more. It’s a refreshing, fruity and flavoursome beer, to be enjoyed on a hot sunny day, making it a perfect add on in the scorching heat of summer.
Heading the Craft Beer revolution since 2011 in synergy with its philosophy, ‘Great Things Happen Together’, the restaurant has won accolades such as Best Brewery in Times Food and Nightlife Awards for three consecutive years, Best Microbrewery in India Nightlife Award for 2 consecutive years, Visual Merchandising & Restaurant Design Award in 2015 besides Artists in Concrete Award in the same year.
