    Dehradun, March 21, 2025: Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa announces the appointment of its new Executive Chef, Kapil Dubey, bringing impeccable credentials and a distinctive culinary point of view to the property. The resort’s dining experiences will reflect the chef’s signature approach—a thoughtful blend of tradition and contemporary that prioritizes bold and balanced flavors.

    A standout graduate of Mangalore University’s hotel management program, Chef Kapil Dubey speaks of food with the enthusiasm of someone who has discovered his true calling. “What drives me is that magical moment when a guest experiences something unexpected on their plate—a flavor memory that stays with them long after they’ve left our tables.” This philosophy of creating meaningful connections through thoughtfully prepared dishes promises to elevate every dining occasion at the resort.

They honed their craft at Park Hyatt Goa before expanding their repertoire at renowned establishments such as One&Only Resorts Dubai and Four Seasons Maldives, followed by tenures at JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton. A graduate of the prestigious Starwood Career ExCom Track Program, they have also led kitchen operations at Sheraton Hyderabad and earned notable recognition as Times Food Awards Chef of the Year during their time at The Leela Gandhinagar.

    Drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients and cultural influences, each dish emerges from careful experimentation with technique and texture.
