    Dehradun, January 2025: Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa invites guests to gratify in the rich flavors of Punjab with “Pind Da Swaad,” a vibrant Punjabi culinary pop-up experience that brings the heart of the region’s culinary traditions to the serene setting of Malsi Forest, framed by the majestic Himalayan range.     The pop-up is hosted at Range, the Cosmopolitan Food Gallery, where global and regional flavors come together in an elegant setting. Offering both indoor and outdoor seating with stunning views, Range reimagines dining in the hills. Guests can enjoy a specially designed thali at lunch or indulge in a relish buffet at dinner, each meal a sensory journey through Punjab’s most beloved flavors.
