Hyatt Delhi Residences announces the appointment of Ranjana Pal as General Manager. With over two decades of leadership experience across global hospitality brands, including Hyatt and Marriott, Ranjana brings a distinctive blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership to the role.

A transformational leader, Ranjana has consistently driven high-impact results through a deep focus on business outcomes, culture-building, and organizational agility. She embodies Hyatt’s purpose of care — fostering workplaces that are both high-performing and human-centered.

Ranjana has been an integral part of the Hyatt family since 2019, most recently serving as Cluster Director of Human Resources at Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt & Hyatt Delhi Residences, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the hotel’s culture, operational alignment, and leadership pipeline. Under her stewardship, Andaz Delhi achieved stronger team engagement, optimized productivity, and enhanced guest experience, earning the property the recognition of Most Preferred Workplace for three consecutive years by Team Marksmen.

An alumna of Hyatt’s prestigious General Manager Development Program, Ranjana brings to her new role a rare combination of operational depth and strategic vision. She has also served as Taskforce General Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, demonstrating her ability to lead complex, multi-brand operations with precision and care.

Before joining Hyatt, Ranjana held key leadership positions with Marriott International, where she was instrumental in pre-opening strategy, organizational design, and talent development across flagship hotels, including JW Marriott Chandigarh, JW Marriott Mussoorie, and Renaissance Ahmedabad.

Her career achievements are complemented by prestigious industry recognitions, including the HR Leadership Award at the IIT Delhi HR Conclave (2025), Most Preferred Workplace from Marksmen Daily (2025), Top 100 Women Super Achievers at National Economic Growth Summit (2024), Most Preferred Workplace for Women from Marksmen Daily (2024) and Asia Pacific Best HR Leader.

Speaking on her appointment, Ranjana Pal, said: “Hyatt Delhi Residences represents a new chapter of growth – built on care, capability, and culture. My vision is to foster a high-trust, high-performance environment that empowers our people, enriches the resident experience, and strengthens Hyatt’s legacy of excellence through every interaction.

Leadership, to me, is the art of foresight and conviction – designing systems where people and performance not only align, but continually thrive together.”

Commenting on the announcement, Hardip Marwah, Cluster General Manager, said: “Ranjana’s leadership journey reflects an exceptional balance of strategic acumen and empathy. Her ability to align business priorities with cultural transformation makes her the ideal choice to lead Hyatt Delhi Residences into its next chapter of growth and distinction.”
