    Surinder Kumar joins the Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai leadership team with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational development, and strategic HR operations. In this role, he will be responsible for driving people initiatives, strengthening workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the hotel’s continued growth and success.

    Originally from Karnal, Surinder’s professional journey began in hospitality operations after graduating from IHM Gurdaspur. Starting a career in culinary operations with Marriott Jaipur, he developed a deep understanding of service excellence and hospitality standards. This foundation later led to a successful transition into talent acquisition and subsequently into core human resources leadership.

    Prior to joining Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, Surinder held key HR positions with renowned hospitality brands including The Lalit Mumbai, The St. Regis Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where he played an instrumental role in talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and fostering high-performing teams.
