Hotelogix announced that it wrapped up 2025 on a high note, alongside its distribution brand AxisRooms. It was marked by accelerated growth, significant product enhancements, deeper compliance readiness, and a key financial milestone – turning EBITDA positive.

“2025 has been a year of focused execution for Hotelogix,” said Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix. “We expanded across key markets, strengthened our platform, and achieved greater efficiency to become EBITDA positive, reflecting the strength and scalability of our business.”

    Growing leadership across key markets
    • Powering 400,000+ rooms in India: Hotelogix continued to strengthen its leadership in India’s mid-market and emerging enterprise segment, now powering over 400,000 rooms, covering an estimated 15% of the country’s hotel inventory.
    • 15,000+ keys in the Philippines: In the Philippines, Hotelogix surpassed 15,000 keys and 10,000 active users, with growing adoption from both independent hotels and regional chains.

“In 2025, revenue in our enterprise segment grew by 35% over 2024, as more hotel groups in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa switched from on-premises systems to our scalable cloud-based multi-property management system—for efficient and centralized group operations,” Aditya added.

    Turning EBITDA positive

This important milestone was achieved by AI-driven efficiencies, sharp focus on mid-market hotels in specific geographies, and continued investments in exceptional customer support. This growth was further enhanced by improved Net Revenue Retention (NRR) as existing clients added new properties, adopted new services, and expanded their operations. Additionally, happy clients and users referred new wins, reflecting network effects in these regions.

    Product and platform enhancements

Hotelogix rolled out several product enhancements to boost user experience and help hotels make the most of their investment. Some of them are:

    • Multi-property Dashboard: Designed for hotel groups and chains, the multi-property dashboard consolidates KPIs from member properties into a single view, enabling faster decision-making and improved efficiency.
    • Hourly Booking: Hotelogix launched Hourly Booking, empowering hotels to sell rooms by the hour—boosting occupancy and revenue amid rising short-stay demand in a market projected to grow to $25.62 billion by 2027.
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration: The company integrated AI into its Hotel PMS to assist hotels with dynamic pricing, forecasting, upsell suggestions, guest sentiment analysis, and workload automation.
    Expanded compliance coverage

Hotelogix enhanced its compliance capabilities to support hotels across Southeast Asia and the Middle East in meeting mandatory regulatory frameworks.

    • Malaysia: Implemented e-invoicing, enabling hotels to generate verified e-invoices directly from the PMS.
    • Philippines: Achieved BIR certification to help hotels maintain audit-ready financial records and meet local tax mandates.
    • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Integrated with the Shomoos Security System to automate guest data sharing with authorities.
    Strengthened third-party ecosystem

Hotelogix expanded its marketplace with integrations for distribution, booking engines, revenue management, loyalty tools, accounting, etc., now offering 200+ best-in-class, third-party solutions for hotels to leverage a modern and tailored tech stack.

    Organized premier industry events

In 2025, Hotelogix united India’s mid-market hotels at the second “Hotelogix & AxisRooms Connect” event, bringing together visionaries, hoteliers, and tech leaders for insights on growth, challenges, and technology adoption. Complementing this, the company also organized the “Tech & Tonic” hospitality meetup in the Philippines to discuss key industry trends.

“These events reaffirm our commitment to driving digital transformation for homegrown mid-market hotels in our target regions. Today, many of them are competing head‑to‑head with established chains and global brands, powered by our cost‑effective, modern, and sophisticated solutions,” Aditya said.

    Looking ahead to 2026

Building on 2025 momentum, Hotelogix will aggressively expand its product roadmap with AI-native solutions to deliver greater value to hotels in the mid-market segment, enabling them to operate with leaner teams, faster processes, and greater efficiency. The company will also fast‑track internal AI adoption across departments to boost enterprise-wide efficiency.

“In 2026, the mid-market hotel segment, set to hit USD 210.3 billion, will remain our anchor. We aim to expand our enterprise footprint by over 50% across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Africa. AI will lead the next phase of our value creation, powering smarter decisions and stronger performance for our customers,” Aditya said.
