Hotelogix And Praxis Partner To Boost Mid-Scale Hotel Revenue

Hotelogix announced its collaboration with Praxis Services, a travel and hospitality-focused global capability center. The partnership will help India’s growing domestic mid-scale hotel chains strengthen centralized reservation management, improve conversion rates, and implement optimized pricing strategies across their portfolios.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Gurugram, Praxis has established itself as a market leader in reservation sales, revenue management, distribution, CRM, database marketing, and sales lead management for nearly one‑third of branded hotel room inventory — upwards of 30%. The company manages 1,300+ hotels across 30+ leading brands, representing 96,000+ keys daily. It handles upwards of half a million guest interactions each month across voice, email, and chat.

India’s domestic mid-scale hotel chains, which represent about 60% of the country’s total branded inventory, often struggle to capture fragmented demand, handle uneven lead follow-up, and maintain consistent rate discipline. Without a tight command over inventory, pricing, and response SLAs across portfolios, they risk lower conversion rates and missed revenue opportunities.

“In India, home-grown mid‑scale hotel chains are at a pivotal stage of growth with their market share increasing year over year,” said Aditya Sanghi, CEO, Hotelogix. “What is important is that we have the right tool, and Praxis has the right service that these brands need to convert demand into more sales and revenue across the entire portfolio in this increasingly competitive market.”

“As a market leader in reservation sales and revenue management for luxury, premium, and mid-scale segments alike, we understand that the same operating discipline that serves five-star portfolio scales down to mid-scale hotels, too,” said Ravish Swarup, Founder and CEO, Praxis Services. “Our partnership with Hotelogix, a widely adopted cloud-based multi‑property solution among India’s domestic mid-scale hotel chains, lets us offer that same centralized, data-led commercial capability to them.”

Through this partnership, Praxis gains seamless access to Hotelogix’s cloud PMS, gaining real‑time visibility into a chain brand’s portfolio‑wide room availability and rates. Armed with this clarity, Praxis can efficiently manage centralized reservations across the portfolio, driving higher conversions and strengthening revenue outcomes for hotels. In addition, Hotelogix customers will benefit from Praxis’s services at an exclusive preferred price.

Expressing his views on the benefits of this partnership, Jaideep Ahuja, MD & CEO of Ahuja Residences, said, “We are already seeing tangible benefits from the Hotelogix–Praxis partnership in terms of improved sales, healthier occupancy and stronger RevPAR. The combined offering is a must-have for mid-scale chains like ours who want to manage reservations and revenue with a more central, data-led, and conversion-focused model.”
