    Honk at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, introduces its renowned Sunday Dim Sum Brunch, a vibrant culinary experience that celebrates one of the most loved culinary indulgences. Universally loved for their delicate flavors and comforting appeal, dim sums take center stage in this specially curated menu.

    Designed to be more than just a dim sum showcase, the Sunday Dim Sum Brunch at Honk combines authentic flavors with a relaxed atmosphere. The experience begins with refreshing salads and soups, including vegetarian options such as Gomaae and Arugula Pomelo, alongside non-vegetarian selections like Bang Bang Chicken and Malaysian Rojak Buah. These are paired with comforting bowls of Vegetable Wonton Soup and Chicken Shiitake Egg Drop Soup.

    The centrepiece of the brunch is an extensive variety of dim sums, offered in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions. Guests can savor vegetarian classics like Four Season’s Dumpling, Vegetable Siu Mai, Mushroom Coriander Chili Dumpling and Himalayan Soupy Dumpling, as well as non-vegetarian specialties including Prawn Har Gow, Chicken and Spinach Wrap, Lamb Kothey and Steamed Pork Ribs. The spread is complemented by an assortment of fried and baked dim sums, including Char Siu Pork Bao, Seaweed Shrimp Roll, BBQ Chicken Puff, Eggplant Puff and the signature Turnip Cake.

    Beyond dim sums, the menu extends to ‘from-the-wok’ preparations such as Chinese Greens with Garlic Soy and Cantonese-Style Fried Chicken. A selection of rice and noodles, ranging from Singaporean-style Mifen and Kimchi Fried Rice to Yangzhou Fried Rice and Zha Jiang Mian with Chicken, further elevates the offering. The brunch concludes with a dedicated dessert selection, featuring Mango Pudding, Thap Thim Krop, and Darsaan with Vanilla Ice Cream.
