Bengaluru, 6/3/23: Picture this, it’s 2 AM, and the hunger starts to kick in, and you decide to order and look for open places; everything is closed except Holy Doh! Holy Doh! offers a wide array of mouth-watering flavours to choose from – Rustica, Margherita, and Pepperoni have always been crowd favourite. They can be availed through different online delivery platforms in Indiranagar and will soon be extended to other locations.
Holy Doh! has taken the pledge to justify their motto to make the audience go, “Can we order another Holy Doh! pizza?” It is the brainchild of three Bengaluru boys, Dawn Thomas, Safdhar Adoor, and Sharath Rice (all founders of VRO Hospitality), who travelled all around the globe in search of the best-tasting pizza only to create it themselves. The ultimate pizza musketeers, as they called themselves, created one of the most exquisite tasting wood-fired pizzas constructed with double-zero tipo flour, san marzano sauce, and flor di latte, crafting the ultimate crust topped with dressings ranging from classic to regional flavours.
The Pizza is made through an extensive course of sourcing local and rich ingredients. We use 00 tipo flour, which is the most refined form of flour and has the least amount of fibre. In Italy, 00 flour is a standard for crafting Neapolitan pizza and the perfect ingredient for a thin, crusty base.
