Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 announces the launch of “Nawabi Bites”, an immersive culinary festival that brings the timeless elegance and aromatic richness of Lucknow’s royal kitchens to Gurgaon. Known for its subtle spices, refined cooking techniques and soulful flavours, Awadhi cuisine has long been cherished for its depth and finesse and “Nawabi Bites” captures this legacy in its truest form.

Curated with passion and precision by Executive Chef Deep Dubey, the festival showcases a thoughtfully designed menu that pays homage to the grandeur of Nawabi dining. Guests will be welcomed into a flavourful experience featuring an array of iconic dishes, including Ghosht Seekh Kebab, celebrated for its melt-in-mouth texture; Aminabadi Dum Biryani, cooked to perfection using the age-old dum technique; Mutton Nihari, a slow-cooked delicacy rich with spices; Lucknowi Korma, known for its velvety, aromatic gravy; and the royal dessert Shahi Tukda, a timeless favourite that completes the gastronomic journey. These dishes, along with many others on the menu, reflect the culinary artistry and traditional methods that define Lucknowi cuisine.

Speaking about the festival, Mukta Khanna, General Manager, shared, “In Lucknow, food is a language of care. Every dish speaks of heritage, patience and respect. Nawabi Bites is our tribute to that tradition — a chance for guests to taste the culture that has touched hearts for centuries.”

With its inviting ambiance, detailed culinary craftsmanship and the signature warmth of Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8, “Nawabi Bites” promises an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you are a food lover, a culture enthusiast or simply someone looking to indulge in an evening of royal flavours, this festival offers a perfect escape into Nawabi heritage.
