Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 invites food lovers to experience the rich culinary heritage of North India with its upcoming Punjabi Food Festival, “The Tales of Punjab,” at its all-day dining restaurant, The Palate.

Scheduled for January 13th, 16th to 18th, 23rd to 25th, and 30th & 31st, 2026, the festival will be available during dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This curated event offers guests an authentic and indulgent journey through the heart of Punjab, designed to celebrate the winter harvest season.

Curated by Executive Chef Deep Dubey and Chef Jaswant with his expert culinary team, the festival showcases time-honoured recipes inspired by the vibrant, rustic kitchens of the North. The menu is a tribute to regional icons, featuring the earthy Makke di Roti paired with Sarson da Saag, rich and creamy Butter Chicken, and comforting Choley Kulche. To end the meal on a festive note, guests can savour the traditional sweetness of Gajar ka Halwa, prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients. Each dish is crafted to reflect the bold flavours and spirit of generosity synonymous with Punjabi culture.

Speaking about the festival, Mukta Khanna, General Manager, Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8, shared: “Food has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and Punjabi cuisine does that effortlessly. With The Tales of Punjab, our team aims to recreate the authenticity and joy of traditional meals while delivering the signature warmth and hospitality Holiday Inn is known for. We want our guests to savor the soul of the North, where every dish is prepared with patience on a ‘dheemi aanch’ to bring out that nostalgic ‘Punjabi swaad’ right here in Gurgaon.”

The festival is priced at INR 1,950+ per person (Buffet), with an upgraded experience at INR 3,450+ per person, including IMFL. Set in the welcoming and contemporary ambiance of The Palate, the festival promises a soulful celebration of traditions and craftsmanship.
