Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced the promotion of Asish Kumar to Director of Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership at a time when sales strategy is playing a decisive role in hotel performance.
As corporate travel, weddings, business events and leisure demand continue to drive hospitality growth, the hotel is sharpening focus on market share, client partnerships and revenue opportunities in Bengaluru’s competitive hotel landscape.
Asish joined the hotel in February 2024 as Senior Sales Manager and has contributed to corporate business growth, strategic account development and revenue performance across key segments. He has also supported the expansion of CaterINN, the hotel’s outdoor catering vertical.
With over a decade of hospitality experience, Asish brings expertise in business development, account management, sales strategy and revenue generation. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, expand high-value client relationships and grow business across corporate, MICE, leisure and catering verticals.
