Hitchki cocktail programme has become synonymous with playful presentations, nostalgic Indian flavours, and immersive drinking experiences. This summer, the brand continues to lean into refreshing, tropical, and spice-led creations that combine contemporary mixology with familiar flavour profiles designed for Mumbai’s warm-weather dining culture.

One of the standout summer cocktails is Laal Pari, a vibrant mix of vodka, aperitif, mint, watermelon, and fizz that delivers a refreshing, fruit-forward drinking experience perfect for the season.

Another signature favourite is Dum Maro Dum, a vodka-based cocktail featuring cranberry and pineapple juice, elevated through a smoky presentation that adds a dramatic yet immersive touch to the overall experience.

The menu also features Indian-forward cocktails such as Jab V Met, crafted with gin, kairi panna, and aamchur, offering a tangy, nostalgic flavour profile inspired by raw mango season. Desi G&T combines gin, imli, tonic, and orange stars for a refreshing twist on the classic G&T, while Mahua Chadha Ke Aayi celebrates indigenous Indian spirits through a unique blend of mahua, guava, and basil mash.

For guests looking for flavour-rich and comfort-led cocktails, Coffee with Karma brings together single malt, coffee liqueur, spices, and coffee toffee, while Rum-Zaade combines mango rum, spices, and jeera biscuit for an Indian-inspired finish that balances sweetness with spice.

With its blend of Indian ingredients, visual presentations, and contemporary cocktail techniques, Hitchki continues to create cocktails that go beyond the conventional, offering guests a vibrant and highly experiential summer drinking experience.
