Harajuku has unveiled its newest concept – Harajuku Bakehouse at M3M 65th Avenue, Sector 65, Gurugram. The launch marks the bakehouse’s 4th outlet, designed as a compact yet sophisticated extension of Harajuku Tokyo Cafe.

Designed as a compact yet sophisticated place spread across approximately 830 sq. ft., the new Bakehouse presents a curated menu of Japanese-inspired desserts, beverages, and light meals, served in a setting that pairs aesthetic restraint with modern warmth. To celebrate this sweet new beginning, Harajuku Bakehouse hosted a vibrant Matcha Rave, an evening where guests indulged in the brand’s signature. The whole experience came alive with energetic DJ beats, a Polaroid photo corner to capture every moment, and fun, interactive elements like Matcha Pong, making it an evening of flavour, fun, and a true taste of Japan.

The menu highlights Harajuku’s signature Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, Jiggly Pancake, Puru Puru Cat Pudding, Manga Macarons, and Chocolate Bon Bons, alongside savoury offerings such as Salads, Gyozas, and Bento Bowls. Guests can also enjoy a thoughtful beverage selection featuring Iced Matcha Latte, Basil Matcha Lemonade, Iced Hazelnut Hojicha Latte, Umeshu-style Matcha-gato (Matcha Affogato), and hot teas such as Jasmine Pearls and Sencha.

The design continues Harajuku’s commitment to minimal interiors and meticulous detailing, creating an atmosphere of quiet refinement rather than excess. Speaking about the launch, Gaurav Kanwar, Founder of Harajuku, said, “The Bakehouse format represents a natural progression. It allows us to concentrate on precision, whether in technique, presentation, or service, while keeping the experience effortless for our guests. Gurugram has always responded to our cafés with discernment and curiosity, and this opening is built on that dialogue. We have enhanced our operations, strengthened our supply chains, and designed an environment that reflects how the modern diner values authenticity, pace, and aesthetics in equal measure.”

Following the success of its first Bakehouse in Vasant Vihar, the brand continues to adapt its model for India’s fast-growing urban markets, combining artisanal production with high-efficiency service. The Gurugram outlet offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery through leading platforms, maintaining the same attention to craft that distinguishes Harajuku.

Operating daily from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm, the new Bakehouse brings an exquisite slice of Tokyo’s dessert culture to one of Gurugram’s most prominent retail destinations.
