Gulshan Group has announced the launch of Gulshan Empire, a premium residential development at Wave City. The project entails a total development investment of approximately ₹1,000 crore and is expected to generate an estimated sales realisation of over ₹1,200 crore. Spread across 5.5 acres (22,505 sq. m.), the single-phase development will comprise 500 residential units, reinforcing the Group’s continued commitment to creating thoughtfully planned residential communities across NCR.
While Gulshan Group has traditionally focused on luxury developments, Gulshan Empire has been conceived as a premium residential offering in response to growing demand from homebuyers seeking the Group’s hallmark quality, design excellence, and trust at a more accessible price point. Developed primarily for end users, the project reflects evolving buyer preferences for spacious homes, integrated communities, and long-term value.

The project will be developed in a single phase, with completion scheduled in accordance with the RERA timeline of 2031. The development will be funded through internal accruals, financial institutions, and customer sales proceeds.
The company has launched around 9 lakh sq. ft. in the first phase of sales, offering 3 BHK residences with helper room starting from ₹2.20 crore and 4 BHK residences with helper room starting from ₹3 crore. According to the company, sales have been encouraging since launch, reflecting continued demand for premium residential developments in well-connected urban locations.
