Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and Travel Food Services Limited (TFS) proudly unveil Gordon Ramsay Street Burger at the state-of-the-art Terminal 1 of Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), Delhi. This landmark launch marks the debut of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in India. Gordon Ramsay, arguably one of the world’s most famous chefs, is celebrated for his bold flavours, dynamic restaurant concepts, and an unmistakable culinary legacy built over decades.

This launch sets the stage for a broader strategic expansion across India’s key travel hubs, with additional Gordon Ramsay dining concepts to follow soon.

Street Burger at Delhi T1 is a headline collaboration that blends TFS’s traveller-centric expertise with Gordon Ramsay’s bold, globally recognised flavour philosophy, demonstrating that at the right airport, the layover can be just as exciting as the destination itself.

Street Burger’s signature menu has been thoughtfully adapted to suit the pace of air travel, delivering fresh, chef-crafted flavour before you fly. The menu celebrates Gordon Ramsay Street Burger favourites and exciting new dishes inspired by local flavours, from Tandoori Paneer and The Butternut Bhaji Burger alongside the global fan favourite Gordon’s Fried Chicken (GFC) Burger.

Beyond the burgers, guests can enjoy a mouth-watering selection of sides including the signature Hotter than Hell Fries loaded with molten cheese and bold sauces, Crisp Vegan Bites, and vibrant chef-crafted salads, finished off with indulgent treats like Sticky Toffee Pudding, milkshakes, and expertly crafted cocktails.

As the only Indian airport in the elite 100-million passenger capacity club, Delhi Airport is a fitting home for this culinary landmark. Serving around 150 global destinations, Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) is a key aviation hub in South Asia, having handled over 77.8 million passengers in 2024, making it the 9th busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic. As part of its large-scale expansion, Terminal 1, dedicated to domestic travel, has recently undergone a major transformation and now has the capacity to handle up to 40 million passengers annually. Its scale, footfall, and refreshed traveller experience make Terminal 1 the ideal home for bold, global, and chef-led culinary launches like Gordon Ramsay Street Burger.

Andy Wenlock, CEO, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global: “India’s passion for its rich culinary heritage makes it a natural home for Street Burger. We are pleased to be partnering with TFS to bring the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global experience to Indian airports, serving our signature flavours and inspired new dishes at the very gateway to the nation. With a reputation for warm hospitality and a love for vibrant, flavour-intense food, we’re excited to see how travellers embrace this dynamic new chapter in our business.

International travel hubs are an important growth strategy for us, with restaurants already thriving in London, Hong Kong, and Doha airports, expanding into Delhi – and soon Mumbai – is an exciting next step in our journey.”

Varun Kapur, Managing Director & CEO, Travel Food Services Limited: “Bringing Gordon Ramsay to India, and into the airport space for the first time, is a defining milestone for us at Travel Food Services Limited. Indian travellers today expect global-quality dining that’s fast, relevant, and elevated. This partnership combines our operational expertise with the Gordon Ramsay team’s culinary excellence to meet that demand. As India’s aviation sector rapidly evolves, this launch reflects the shift in what airport experiences can and should be, and we’re committed to driving that evolution forward”

With this launch, the collaboration between Travel Food Services Limited (TFS) and Gordon RamsayRestaurants Global sets a new benchmark for airport dining in India, offering travellers a world-class experience that begins well before take-off.

As Indian travellers become more discerning and global in their tastes, airport experiences must rise to meet them. This partnership fuses bold flavour, operational excellence, and design-forward thinking to redefine what fast-casual dining can look like in one of the country’s most dynamic spaces.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global has successfully brought its culinary brands to major airports worldwide, including Gordon Ramsay Plane Food at Heathrow Airport, Gordon Ramsay Burger & Street Pizza at Doha Hamad International Airport, and Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To-Go at Hong Kong International Airport. The Delhi launch builds on that legacy, expanding the brand’s international travel footprint into the exciting Indian market for the first time.
