Raipur, 14th August 2023: Godawari Electric Motors announced the commencement of bookings for the company’s first and the upcoming e-scooter, Eblu Feo at the momentous occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day. Godawari Electric Motors is officially foraying into the EV two-wheeler segment with the launch of India’s first family e-scooter. Customers can walk in at any of the company dealerships across India and pre-book the scooter by giving a booking amount of Rs 4999/-.
The scooter has been designed and developed from scratch at the company’s Raipur manufacturing facility and the prototype was first showcased at the Auto Expo 2023. The scooter will be officially launched on 22nd August 2023.
Commenting at the launch, Mr. Hyder Khan, CEO, Godawari Electric Motors, said, “We at Godawari Electric Motors have made rapid strides in catering to the burgeoning demand in the EV segment. The resounding success of our existing product range has allowed us to venture into the EV two-wheeler segment and given us the much-needed confidence to explore and develop products in India for India. Godawari Electric Motors currently operates 50 dealerships across India and expects to touch 100 dealerships by the end of this fiscal year. The company to aid customer convenience and accelerate EV adoption has tie-ups with leading institutions which include IDBI Bank, SIDBI, Bajaj FinServ, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Paytail, EZFINANZ, Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank, Revfin, Amu Leasing Pvt Ltd and Paisalo.
