Relais & Châteaux has announced the addition of 14 exceptional properties to its prestigious worldwide collection, strengthening its foothold across five continents. These new members highlight the association’s continued commitment to heritage, sustainability, and high-quality gastronomy.

Among the standout entries is Nile Canopus in Egypt, a beautifully designed dahabiya boat that will begin sailing in December 2025. The vessel offers intimate, all-inclusive journeys between Luxor and Aswan with an ambiance inspired by 1920s travel. Europe sees several noteworthy additions, including the iconic Auberge du Pont de Collonges – Paul Bocuse in France, celebrated for its culinary legacy, and Portugal’s Casa de Chá da Boa Nova and Casa de São Lourenço, each known for striking architecture and strong regional identity.

Italy strengthens its representation with Borgo Pignano Volterra – Tuscany and the serene San Montano Resort & Spa on Ischia Island. In Scotland, The Torridon brings the dramatic landscapes of the Highlands into the Relais & Châteaux fold. Further afield, the Michelin-starred Pearl Morissette in Canada and Australia’s Sequoia Lodge underscore the association’s gastronomic and experiential diversity.

Asia and Africa also feature prominently. Japan’s historic Hotel Biaclyn Hakodate, Croatia’s seaside Hotel Katarina, Spain’s Casa Góngora, Norway’s upcoming Ytri, and South Africa’s Few & Far Luvhondo offer a blend of culture, nature, and refined hospitality. Each property highlights local craftsmanship, ecological respect, and tailored guest experiences.
With these additions, Relais & Châteaux continues to curate meaningful travel experiences rooted in place, tradition, and community—a philosophy it has upheld since its founding in 1954.
