Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru commemorates World Kindness Day 2025 on November 13 with a celebration that embodies empathy, generosity, and meaningful connection within families and the local community. Guided by the Golden Rule—to treat others as we wish to be treated—and inspired by the Four Seasons for Good initiative, the hotel embraces the spirit of kindness throughout the festive season.

“At Four Seasons properties around the world, kindness is more than a gesture; it is a way of being that shapes every interaction,” says Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager. “World Kindness Day 2025 beautifully reflects our philosophy of fostering genuine connections through heartfelt service, right here in the heart of Bengaluru.”

Three Pillars of Purpose: Community, Self-Care, and Planet

This year’s celebration highlights three pillars of kindness through thoughtfully curated, hands-on experiences spanning from November 1st onwards, ensuring the spirit of generosity extends well into the festive period.

For Kindness to Others, the Hotel is encouraging direct community support through the Postcards of Kindness initiative. Guests are invited to write and post messages in a dedicated lobby post box, which will then be delivered by the Concierge team to local children’s hospitals and orphanages. Furthermore, the Kindness Creative Corner will be featured at the CUR8 Brunch on the WKD weekend, where children can draw and journal; a percentage of the brunch proceeds will be donated to charity.

In support of Kindness to Self & Others, guests are invited to pause and engage in restorative practices. The hotel is offering Family Rest + Reset—gentle yoga and guided meditation sessions designed for families and children. This bookable experience operates on a donation model, ensuring proceeds are directed entirely to local charities. Additionally, the Kindness Cart, a delightful trolley offering complimentary treats, will roam the Pool Side on weekends to surprise and delight guests.

To celebrate Kindness to the Planet, the existing Herb Garden will be renamed the Gratitude Garden on November 1st. The launch will take place during the Christmas Cake Mixing ceremony, where children and families will engage in a visible, hands-on activity, painting planter boxes and planting herbs, fostering environmental stewardship right at the start of the Festive Season.

    Fostering a Culture of Care

A portion of proceeds from WKD activations will support local youth initiatives, with a key focus on the Jyoti Seva Home and School for the Blind Children. This long-term community partnership will extend into the Festive Season as the children from the school will perform carols at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, visually connecting the WKD initiative with the start of the holidays.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru invites guests, residents, and partners to join in celebrating the power of kindness, creating meaningful connections, and sharing in the warmth of the season.
