Hosted at DEL, the world cuisine bistro at Roseate House New Delhi, the limited-period showcase will run from May 29 to June 7, 2026, bringing together the vibrant spirit, aromas, and rich culinary traditions of Thailand through an elaborate buffet dinner experience.
Known for her authentic approach and refined culinary artistry, Chef Tananya Hanain presents a menu that celebrates the balance of sweet, spicy, sour, and savoury flavours synonymous with Thai cuisine. Guests can savour an array of signature dishes thoughtfully curated to offer an authentic taste of Thailand.
The specially crafted menu includes refreshing and flavourful dishes such as Butterfly Blue Pea Rubies, Fruit Salad Som Tum Phon La Mai, and Fried Shiitake Mushroom, alongside classic mains like Gaeng Kiew Wan Green Curry Veg, Grilled Thai Chicken, and the ever-popular Pad Kra Pao.
