FARRO is inviting guests to step into a world of warmth, memory, and seasonal artistry with its exclusive ‘Winter Table 2025’ menu—available only on December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
The Winter Table is a curated tapestry of the FARRO team’s personal stories, family rituals and festive recipes, drawing inspiration from regions such as Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Goa and Malabar. Each dish tells the story of a “once-a-year” tradition, reimagined with the contemporary elegance and modern technique that defines the FARRO experience. Under the guidance of Chef Vardaan Marwah, the menu brings quiet sophistication together with soulful comfort, with a focus on seasonality and craft, creating a dining experience that feels both joyfully familiar and beautifully new, and the perfect way to begin the year ahead.
The heart of the menu lies in its signature dishes; from Suresh Uncle’s Roast Duck, inspired by a Kerala Christmas kitchen and served on soft milk bread with apricot–orange chutney, to Gongura Mutton, reinterpreted as a spicy-sticky snack with pickled chillies and a cooling daddojanam-inspired foam. The Malabar Biryani celebrates home-style biryani traditions with tender jackfruit and punchy date pickle, striking the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Seasonal cocktails — including the Eggnog Float, Gingerbread Highball, Persian Mulled Wine, and Dirty Chai, complete the experience, rounding out a winter celebration that feels intimate, nostalgic and quietly indulgent.
