    Punjab: Farmers near Jalandhar’s Phillaur continue to burn stubble. “We are helpless, we don’t have any option. The government doesn’t help us or provide any kind of subsidy,” says a farmer

    The stubble burning has been an important issue for years now and many rounds of talks and discussions have taken place at the state and center level for the same. But , the ground reality in most parts of Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand remains the same.
