With over 18 years of experience across prestigious hospitality brands—including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, RHG, and Sarovar Hotels—Chef Madaan is celebrated for his innovative approach, operational excellence, and guest-centric philosophy. His earlier work at Fairfield Jaipur laid the foundation for its current culinary identity through meticulous menu engineering, concept development, and team building.
In his new role, Chef Madaan will focus on elevating menu innovation, ensuring stringent hygiene protocols, and crafting immersive dining experiences that reflect both global trends and Rajasthani culinary heritage.
