Sunday afternoons in Delhi just got their redemption as QLA Winter Brunches are back, and they’re serving up the kind of slow, sun-drenched indulgence that makes you forget the week that was. This isn’t about rushing through courses or checking boxes on a menu – it’s about settling in, letting the hours blur, and rediscovering what brunch was always meant to be: unhurried, unfussy, and unapologetically satisfying.

The setup is simple but smart – live counters scattered across the space, each one a little theater of its own. Grills working overtime with flames licking at seasonal proteins. Pasta stations where dough meets sauce in real time. A dessert corner that smells like butter and ambition. A viennoiserie section that could make a Parisian nod in approval. You move at your own pace, plate what calls to you, and return when something else does. It’s curated without being controlling, abundant without feeling overwhelming.

At the heart of it all is QLA’s culinary team, led by their Head Chef, operating from a philosophy that’s refreshingly grounded: let ingredients speak, let flavors lead, let comfort win. Winter produce takes center stage here – not dressed up beyond recognition, but celebrated for what it already is. Slow-grilled meats with char and depth. Seafood kissed by open flames. Fresh pastas that feel like they were rolled out just for you. Salads that are hearty enough to hold their own. Baked desserts are still warm from the oven. Every dish balances the familiar with a twist of QLA’s artistry, the kind that doesn’t scream for attention but earns it anyway.

Sourcing matters here, and it shows. Local farms and select producers supply the seasonal goods, ensuring everything that lands on your plate is fresh, sustainable, and honest. Vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free guests aren’t afterthoughts; they’re woven into the fabric of the menu with the same care and creativity as everything else. This is a brunch built for everyone, where dietary preferences don’t mean compromise.

Interactive moments elevate the experience beyond just eating. Open grills sizzle and pop. Dessert counters invite you to watch the final flourishes. Chef-led plating moments add a touch of theater without tipping into pretension. There’s music, there’s warmth, there’s that signature QLA vibe that makes everything feel a little more lived-in and a lot more real.

As Dipender Tiwari, Culinary Director, puts it: “At QLA, our winter brunches have always been about slow indulgence – celebrating food that feels familiar, yet thoughtfully elevated. This year, we wanted to create a space where guests can unwind over great flavours, music, and warmth – a true reflection of what QLA stands for: flavour-forward, heartfelt and ever-evolving.”

Guests can choose from a selection of indulgent brunch experiences, with packages starting at ₹2,950++ (₹3,407 AI) for Food and Soft Beverages, ₹4,150++ (₹5,033 AI) for Food, Soft Beverages and White Spirits, and ₹6,150++ (₹7,743 AI) for Food, Soft Beverages, White Spirits and Sparkling Bubble. A dedicated Kids’ Brunch is also available at ₹1,800 AI, ensuring a wholesome experience for the entire family.

Winter Sundays just found their rhythm. QLA’s bringing the kind of brunch that doesn’t need gimmicks; just good food, good energy, and the kind of afternoon that stretches long enough to matter. Show up, slow down, and let the season do what it does best.
