From 12th – 21st December 2025, Teppanyaki transforms into a lively Indonesian haven, blending traditional aromas with an immersive coastal dining ambience. Guests can savour a wide range of classic Indonesian dishes like Nasi Goreng, from fragrant curries and sizzling satays to slow-cooked delicacies like rendang, each prepared with authentic techniques and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Bringing an interactive twist to the experience, the festival features live cooking stations, where chefs showcase Indonesia’s signature culinary styles right before your eyes. A specially curated “Sambal Bar” invites diners to create their own fiery, tangy, or sweet sambal blends, making every plate a personalised flavour journey. Traditional Indonesian music and décor elevate the atmosphere, offering an experience that is as cultural as it is culinary.
