The European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) has selected the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) for the third year in a row as its education partner for its annual cultural and cuisine initiative. The continued partnership reflects EUNIC’s trust in ISH as a leading institution for global culinary and hospitality education and strengthens the cultural bridge between Europe and India.

This year’s collaboration culminates with the European Christmas Brunch on December 13. The event will be hosted by the Liszt Institute Hungarian Cultural Centre, Delhi, and the Embassy of Hungary in New Delhi. The brunch brings together diplomats, cultural representatives, industry leaders, and the ISH academic community for an experience that showcases learning, culture, and hospitality on a shared platform.

“We are honoured to welcome EUNIC to our campus for the third consecutive year. Our students engage with cultures that shape global hospitality, and this experience strengthens their path to international careers,’’ said Kunal Vasudeva, Co-Founder and Managing Director at ISH.

EUNIC’s masterclasses and culinary engagements at ISH feature experts from Austria, Czechia, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Malta, Spain, and Ukraine. Each expert introduces the culinary traditions of their home country and guides students through techniques that build skill, confidence, and cultural awareness. Additionally, students gain direct exposure to European gastronomy and grow through practice that mirrors professional environments.

Demonstration classes scheduled across the ISH campus invite students to observe, learn, and participate in presentations by visiting chefs and cultural delegates. These sessions enrich the academic experience and reinforce ISH’s focus on learning that grows through authentic interaction, curiosity, and global engagement.

ISH students will present a complete European Christmas Brunch that reflects the knowledge and techniques acquired throughout the program. The menu will highlight dishes from each participating country and represent the students’ dedication to precision, preparation, and craft.

The brunch will gather EUNIC representatives, diplomats, and invited guests who will experience the work of an academic community that values cultural learning and culinary excellence.
