Encalm Hospitality has been recognised on the global stage with two distinguished honours at the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association International Travel Awards 2026. Encalm Hospitality has won the PATWA International Travel Award 2026 for Best Company, Airport Hospitality Services (India), while its Group Chief Executive Officer, Vikas Sharma, has won the PATWA International Travel Award 2026 for the PATWA Gold Award – Excellence in Airport Hospitality Services (India). These honours highlight the organisation’s leadership in airport hospitality and Sharma’s contribution to shaping and advancing the sector in India.

Encalm continues to elevate airport hospitality with a suite of premium offerings that enhance the travel experience at key Indian airports. Its portfolio includes a growing network of Encalm Lounges at major airports such as Delhi, Hyderabad and Goa, designed to offer comfort, refreshments and convenience before departure. Beyond standard lounges, Encalm operates business‑class Encalm Privé Lounges at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (Terminal 3 International Departures and Terminal 1 Domestic Departures) as well as at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, providing elevated spaces with refined service and amenities for business travellers. In late 2025, Encalm also introduced the Encalm Xenia Lounge at Terminal 3, IGI Airport, Delhi, a dedicated first‑class lounge offering a more intimate, luxury experience with personalised service, quiet zones, premium dining and wellness‑oriented facilities.

Complemented by personalised meet‑and‑greet services through Atithya, these offerings work together to create a seamless, elevated transit journey that reflects Encalm’s commitment to transforming airport environments into spaces defined by comfort, efficiency and refined hospitality.

These recognitions further strengthen Encalm Hospitality’s global positioning by reinforcing its credibility beyond the Indian market and placing it among internationally acknowledged leaders in the broader hospitality landscape. Being honoured on a globally respected platform affirms Encalm’s service excellence, design-forward thinking, and innovation-led approach, while strengthening its brand equity with international stakeholders, strategic partners, and industry leaders across the hospitality ecosystem. The recognition of both the organisation and its leadership reflects Encalm’s growing global influence, opening the door for deeper international collaborations, strategic alliances, and expansion opportunities across markets.

The achievement reflects the continued efforts of Encalm’s teams across locations to deliver world-class airport hospitality experiences and set new benchmarks in service excellence, further strengthening the organisation’s vision to be the world’s most admired hospitality organization that creates value for its stakeholders.

The award was conferred at the 26th edition of the PATWA World Tourism Leaders’ Summit and the PATWA International Travel Awards at ITB Berlin on March 4th, 2026. The award was presented by the Secretary General of PATWA, Yatan Ahluwalia, along with esteemed dignitaries on stage.

Over the years, Encalm Hospitality has reimagined airport experiences by introducing design-forward lounges, curated food & beverage offerings, wellness-led services, and seamless passenger assistance solutions. The company’s global outlook, backed by operational excellence and customer-centric innovation, continues to set new benchmarks for the aviation hospitality ecosystem.
