New Delhi, May 13, 2025: Encalm Hospitality announces the elevation of four-valued team members who have played pivotal roles in the brand’s evolution and success. These internal elevations reflect Encalm’s commitment to nurturing talent, recognizing merit, and empowering leadership from within.
In line with its growth trajectory, the following leaders have been promoted to higher responsibilities across the organization:
- Pooja Bhondekar – Business Head – Airport Hospitality
Pooja will now head the airport hospitality vertical, leading the execution of premium services across Encalm’s airport. Her prior role as Vice President – Operations saw her driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ruchika Chauhan – AVP – Design & Technical Services
Ruchika now spearheads the design and execution of all Encalm spaces — from lounges and spas to food & beverage retail and airport hotels. She has been the creative force behind Encalm’s signature design language, including Privé and other key projects, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s ethos and international benchmarks.
- Tanya Bhadra – Head – Sales, Marketing & Digital Transformation
Tanya now leads strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Encalm’s sales, marketing, and digital experience, with a focus on accelerating digital transformation across all customer touchpoints. Having previously served as General Manager – Sales & Marketing, she has been instrumental in building robust B2B and B2C channels, crafting a compelling brand narrative, and positioning Encalm as an industry leader through innovative marketing campaigns and customer-first digital strategies.
- Francis Gill – AVP – Business Relations, Regulatory & Corporate Affairs
With over 30 years of experience in aviation and hospitality, Francis leads regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement. His expertise has been central to license acquisition, compliance, and corporate affairs—driving Encalm’s strategic partnerships and enabling smooth market expansions. His elevation marks a key step in strengthening Encalm’s institutional relations and governance framework.
