    Jamavar at The Leela Palace New Delhi joins hands with Jamavar, The Leela Palace Jaipur to present a specially curated Rajasthani menu, bringing forth a refined showcase of India’s regal flavours. The pop-up would be live at Jamavar New Delhi from 16th to 19th April 2026 for lunch and dinner.

    Celebrated for its refined approach to Indian cuisine, Jamavar across all The Leela properties are renowned for elevating classic regional menus and showcasing royal Indian flavours and techniques, along with sophisticated dining experiences and elegant presentations.

    At Jamavar Jaipur, this philosophy finds expression in a menu inspired by Rajasthan’s royal kitchens drawing inspiration from heirloom recipes, bold spices, and a culinary heritage of the desert landscape. This limited-time pop-up brings that very essence to the capital city, offering guests an immersive journey into Rajasthan’s regal gastronomy within the opulent setting of The Leela Palace New Delhi.

    The menu showcases a repertoire of time-honored delicacies, including Dal-e-Jamavar, Gatta Curry, Masala Baati with Churma, Gucchi Mutter Masala, Kofta-e-Jamavar, Dhungar Maas, and Jeera Pyaz ka Kuska. Complementing the experience is a thoughtfully curated cocktail selection, featuring The Maharani’s Veil, The Gulabi Mahal, and The Golden Courtyard. The experience concludes with traditional desserts such as Ghewar, Badam Halwa, and Seviyan ka Muzaffar, bringing a sweet finale to this royal feast.
