New Delhi, July 2023: Élan at The Lodhi, New Delhi, a DLF Hospitality product, has launched a new menu that celebrates international cuisines while embracing sustainable farm-to-table practices. Chef Dharmen Makawana, the Corporate Head Chef for DLF Hospitality, and Executive Chef Vijay Thapliyal have curated the menu.
The new menu features a mix of refreshing salads, one-bowl meals, shared plates, in-house desserts, and more. Dishes include the Organic Cous Cous and Quinoa Salad, Poached Lobster and Morel Mushroom Soup, Shanghai Shrimp Dumplings in hot and sour broth, New-Style Salmon Carpaccio, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Peruvian-Style Half-Grilled Chicken, Edamame Vagaryu, Lamb Masur, Asparagus, Water Chestnut, Baby Corn with fermented Guilin chili sauce, garlic crumbs, Singapore Prawns and Mud Crab, and a selection of artisanally plated desserts.
The menu also features a range of gluten- and dairy-free alternatives and vegan offerings.
