Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts has officially launched its ultra-luxury brand, Legacy Hotels, at The Great India Travel Bazaar 2025. Showcased among global travel leaders, the new vertical is set to redefine aristocratic hospitality by transforming royal residences into immersive, world-class palace stays for the discerning traveller.

Legacy Hotels is more than a collection of luxury properties. It is a tribute to the grandeur of India’s regal past, bringing together the elegance of noble traditions, timeless architecture, and modern sophistication. At its core, the brand is built around five key pillars—regal legacy, timeless luxury, architectural grandeur, personalized hospitality, and cultural immersion. But instead of treating them as standalone features, Legacy weaves these elements into an unforgettable experience.

Each Legacy Hotel is an original royal residence that has been meticulously restored and reimagined as an ultra-luxury sanctuary. Guests are welcomed with grand ceremonial arrivals, enjoy the services of personal butlers, and indulge in curated experiences ranging from private palace dinners to horseback safaris and barge cruises. Dining is inspired by ancient royal kitchens, while wellness offerings blend traditional therapies with modern spa rituals–bringing together indulgence, heritage, and rejuvenation.

Speaking at the brand’s unveiling, Haninder Sachdeva, CEO of Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts, said, “Legacy is a soulful tribute to the art of noble living. In an age where speed and uniformity dominate, Legacy offers a rare and deeply enriching experience. These are not hotels, but sanctuaries of history, storytelling, and soul, designed to help our guests connect with the grandeur of the past while enjoying the sophistication of the present.”
