In a time marked by global unrest and ecological concern, Ehsaas presents “Peace for Flora and Fauna,” a digital multidisciplinary art exhibition that brings together eminent artists, performers, and thinkers in a unified call for peace, environmental consciousness, and collective responsibility.

Curated by Manisha Gawade, the exhibition is a powerful artistic response to the pressing need for harmony between humanity and nature. Through diverse mediums including painting, sculpture, classical dance, and music, the participating artists reflect on the fragile balance of life and the urgent need to protect flora and fauna for future generations.

The exhibition features a distinguished lineup of artists:

    • Sarla Chandra, whose works bridge nature, science, and art, drawing from ancient philosophies and the interconnectedness of life.
    • Rajesh K. Baderia, known for his evocative abstract expressions infused with spirituality and symbolic forms that advocate peaceful coexistence.
    • Priyendra Shukla, whose imaginative narratives confront humanity’s role in the destruction of the animal world, urging introspection and change.
    • Aarti Uppal Singha, who explores the fragile beauty of nature through intricate, rhythmic compositions inspired by organic forms.
    • Kunal Kapoor, who examines the shifting boundaries between human and beast, reflecting on conflict and evolving consciousness.
    • Kapil Kapoor, whose sculptural narratives depict nature armed for survival, provoking a powerful dialogue on humanity’s choices.

Adding a rich cultural dimension to the exhibition are celebrated performers:

    • Padma Shri awardee and Kathak maestro Guru Shovana Narayan, whose expressive dance tradition promotes peace, cultural harmony, and shared humanity.
    • Tabla maestro Rahul Mishra, who carries forward a legacy of Indian classical music, using rhythm as a medium to foster joy, harmony, and peace.

Speaking about the initiative, the internationally acclaimed curator Manisha Gawade says, “Artists of this era come together in a unified voice, advocating for peace in the face of global conflict. Through their collective expression, they call for the protection and preservation of flora and fauna, emphasizing the urgent need to safeguard our natural environment for present and future generations. Ehsaas has always stood for causes which are pressing and need our urgent attention and world peace and environmental conservation and prevent economic destruction which is the need in the middle of all the existing wars. We urge one and all to think calmly and protect the globe.”

“Peace for Flora and Fauna” is not just an exhibition, but a movement—an artistic appeal to humanity to pause, reflect, and realign with the natural world.

The exhibition will be streamed live on Facebook and Instagram from April 23rd, 2026, starting 5 PM onwards, till May 23rd, 2026 making it accessible to a global audience.
