    Specially curated, 10-day long mouth-watering buffet at this Bengali Food Festival

    Vapi, 30 September 2022: Fortune Park Galaxy, a member of ITC’s hotel group, has curated a special, 10-day long Bengali Food Festival ‘Bengali Treats’ at Orchid, the multi-cuisine restaurant beginning 30th September to 09th October 2022.

    Bengali Treats has been specially curated for the city residents to experience and appreciate the culture and flavours of Bengal. The festival promises to showcase the authentic cuisine of West Bengal in its complete glory. The hotel Chefs aim to cook scrumptious Bengali delicacies while keeping them healthy with low calories. All food lovers in Vapi, come and enjoy a vast spread of mouth-watering delicacies including, Sarson Bhappa Maach, Kosha Mangso, Kolkatta Mutton Biryani, Macher Kalia, Aloo Posto, Sukto, Misti Doi, Chenna Payesh, Rosogulla to name a few.

    Speaking about this Food Festival, Sabyasachi Chatterjee, General Manager, Fortune Park Galaxy Vapi said, “This is a perfect time of the year to present to the city of Vapi unforgettable and distinct flavours of Bengal to celebrate the festive season. We want to make this year special for our guests and introduce them to the flavourful taste of Bengal. Just like Gujarat, Navratri is celebrated with tremendous enthusiasm, and so is Durga Puja in Bengal. We hope that our guests experience and like this food festival of authentic Bengali flavors, aromas and textures that we have assembled for them.”

    During the 10-day long Bengali Food Festival at the Fortune Park Galaxy Vapi, guests will experience a delectable spread of skillfully prepared food delights under the expert guidance of Chef Aditya Srivastav and his team who are masters of authentic Bengali food.

    Speaking on the occasion Chef Aditya Srivastav said, “This festival, our guests are in for a real Bangla feast with an array of starters, main courses, and desserts on the buffet backed by popular delicacies, and signature Bengali dishes. The specialty of Bengali Food lies in the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spicy flavours and of course, the typical tempering with Panchphoron – a mix of five spices i.e. Fenugreek seeds, Nigella seeds, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, and Fennel seeds in equal parts.”
