Ahmedabad, July 2023: Pride Hotels Group organized the DREAM MT & HOT Program’s Induction at the Pride Plaza Hotel in Ahmedabad on July 14 and 15, 2023. This induction marked a significant milestone in the professional journey of more than 85 selected MTs & HOTs who showcased exceptional talent and potential during Campus interviews. The induction ceremony was graced by esteemed individuals from Pride Hotels Group’s leadership team, including Mr. Ashutosh Nath Shukla, Corporate Director HR, and Mr. Shailendra Dharme, Corporate L&D Manager, who provided guidance and support throughout the program.
The selected MTs & HOTs were honored with their official appointment letters, presented by distinguished personalities within the organization. These included Mr. S.P Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, Pride Hotels Group, Mr. Satyen Jain, CEO, Pride Hotels Group, Mr. Atul Upadhyay, Executive Vice President, Pride Hotels Group and Mr. Koustuva Mukherjee Associate Vice President – Gujarat, Pride Hotels Group. This momentous occasion signified their entry into a new phase of their professional journey with Pride Hotels Group. Adding to the motivation and inspiration of the participants, the induction program was privileged to host an eminent Guest Speaker, Ms. Prachika Saxena. With her extensive experience in HR & Training in the Hospitality Industry, Ms. Saxena delivered a powerful address aimed at motivating and empowering the MTs & HOTs to reach their full potential.
