New Delhi, July 2, 2024: Honk, the Pan Asian restaurant at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity unveils its refreshed menu featuring dishes from eight diverse Asian regions including Chinese, Thai, Burmese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Taiwanese. This exciting menu enhancement promises an exceptional dining experience, showcasing authentic flavours crafted with the finest ingredients, all under one roof.
Each dish has been carefully crafted to offer authentic flavours using the finest ingredients. Few signature dishes being Exotic Mushroom Garlic Crispy Rice Soup, Xinjiang Style Baby Lamb Ribs, various Dim Sums, and Wok Tossed Asian Greens; Arugula Pomelo Salad and Udon Kemao; Snow Peas Avocado Ginger Sesame Dressing, Avocado Nigiri, Ebi Prawn Sushi, Truffle Sake Roll, and Enoki Tempura; Lu Rou Fan with braised pork belly; Vietnamese Steam Vung Tao Fish and Vietnamese Style Chicken Curry; Kimchi Fried Rice, Korean Fried Chicken, Dubu Jorim, and Bul-Dak.
