    The Department of Tourism, Bhutan, invites Indian travellers, industry leaders, MICE specialists, wedding planners, media, and travel enthusiasts to an immersive webinar on (15th May 2026; 11:00-12:00hrs). Tune in to get expert insights on Bhutan’s essentials like key facts, easy access routes, must-see wonders, its rich culture, festivals, vibrant people, cuisine and shopping options. Information on sustainability measures and how it is aligned to Bhutan’s forward-thinking strategy of positioning it as a high-value, low-volume premier destination in the world would be shared.

    Bhutan for Well-being (BfW) June 13-14 in Bumthang: The second edition of Bhutan for Well-being (BfW) will be held in Bumthang, central Bhutan. Building on the success of its inaugural event in Haa, western Bhutan, BfW is observed for two days with the first day coinciding with the Global Wellness Day observed on the second Saturday of June every year.  BfW seeks to reinforce Bhutan’s vision of positioning itself as a global hub for mindfulness and wellness tourism. The two-day experience will bring together various local well-being practitioners, international guests, visitors, and communities to engage in holistic activities centered on mindfulness, healthy and sustainable living.
