Osho Dham will host a multifaceted cultural and spiritual gathering on February 12th, 2026, marking Disciple Day, alongside a book reading from The Only Life, biography of Ma Yog Laxmi written by Rashid Maxwell and the inauguration of “Divine Intervention” an art exhibition by Osho sannyasin and artist Hiral Singhal. The event will commence at 11 AM and brings together literature, art and remembrance in honour of Ma Yog Laxmi, Osho’s first disciple and secretary.
Divine Intervention an art exhibition, will be open to visitors daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, February 12th to March 11th, 2026, at Osho Dham, Jhatikra Road, Near Najafgarh, Delhi.
Disciple Day is observed on the birth anniversary of Ma Yog Laxmi, whose life and spiritual journey are chronicled in The Only Life, a biography written by the late Rashid Maxwell and published by Simon & Schuster in 2017. As part of the celebration, selected excerpts from The Only Life will be read for invited guests, offering an intimate glimpse into Laxmi’s extraordinary life with Osho. The book will also be displayed at the venue and available for purchase during the event. The art exhibition will be inaugurated by Ma Dharm Jyoti and Swami Atul Anand, a long-time disciples of Osho at Osho Dham.
The celebration offers an intimate look into the legacy of discipleship in Osho’s work honouring Ma Yog Laxmi’s extraordinary life of trust, courage and devotion, while also showcasing how that same lineage of awareness continues to express itself through contemporary creativity. The Only Life traces Laxmi’s journey from her early years in Mumbai to becoming Osho’s first secretary, navigating power, exile, illness and inner transformation with fierce intelligence and surrender. In parallel, Hiral Singhal’s exhibition reflects a living, breathing continuation of that spirit—where art arises not from technique but from silence, meditation and inner trust.
Titled “Divine Intervention”, the exhibition features 15 paintings in acrylic and mixed media, which will remain on display at Osho Dham for one month following the inauguration. Untrained yet deeply intuitive, Hiral’s work carries a rare maturity, innocence and quiet strength. Initiated as an Osho sannyasin in 2022 at Osho Dham, she received the name Ma Prem Arpita, meaning “the one who offers love.” Her canvases often feel meditative, spontaneous, unconditioned and infused with presence. They exude the playfulness, surrender and awareness that Osho spoke of.
Hiral has previously exhibited at AIFACS, NGMA, India Habitat Centre, Shanta Art Gallery, Stainless Gallery, and major national art festivals.
Speaking about the exhibition, Hiral Singhal said, “My paintings are not planned; they emerge from silence. For me, art is a form of meditation—an offering rather than an expression. Whatever flows onto the canvas feels guided, as if trust itself is painting.”
Ahead of the celebrations, Ma Dharma Jyoti said, “Disciple Day is a reminder that discipleship is not about hierarchy, but about love, courage and inner transformation. Through the book reading, the exhibition and this gathering, we are celebrating lives lived in trust and awareness.”
To which Swami Atul Anand, Managing Trustee of Osho World Foundation added, “Discipleship means remaining open, receptive, and deeply trusting of the Master. In Ma Laxmi’s life, this spirit finds its living expression.“
