Daryaganj has unveiled its Traditional Winter Feast, a nostalgic culinary journey inspired by closely guarded family recipes from 1947. Available from December 8, 2025, to February 28, 2026, the seasonal menu captures the soul of North Indian winter through slow-cooked classics and tandoori specialties.
The feast begins with Bhutta Shorba, a comforting corn-based soup, followed by aromatic starters like Paneer Methi Malai Tikka and Chicken Tikka Methi Malai, charred to perfection in the tandoor. The heart of the menu is the iconic Sarson Ka Saag, served with freshly baked Makki Ki Roti and Bathua Ka Raita—with rich non-veg variants like Sarson Saag Chicken and Saag Meat for hearty indulgence. The meal concludes with Daryaganj’s legendary Gulab Jamun, evoking warmth and memory in every bite.
“At Daryaganj, winter isn’t just a season—it’s a celebration of heritage, comfort, and togetherness,” said the culinary team. “These dishes are more than food; they’re heirlooms passed down through the generations.”
As temperatures dip, Daryaganj invites guests to gather around the table for a meal that’s as much about the emotion and legacy as it is about flavour.
