Daryaganj Restaurants has unveiled Daryaganj Gold at GMR Square, Aerocity, introducing its most elevated and immersive dining format yet. Marking the brand’s second outlet in Aerocity, this new opening builds on Daryaganj’s legacy of nostalgic North Indian cuisine while expanding it into a more experiential and refined space. Interestingly, the concept made its first appearance earlier this year in Bangkok, making its arrival in Delhi feel like a full-circle moment for the brand.

The expansive restaurant accommodates over 150 guests and features private dining rooms for 8, 12, and 20 covers, catering to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Designed to go beyond just dining, the space brings together food, atmosphere, and nostalgia through interactive elements like a live tawa and chaat section, Chef Theatre Nights, and Studio Nights with curated live performances.

The menu stays rooted in Daryaganj’s iconic offerings, alongside an exclusive Daryaganj Gold Menu that reimagines classic flavours with a contemporary touch. Highlights include a dedicated chaat selection featuring dishes like Dahi Bhalla Bingsu, Gol Gappa Trio, and Mushroom Ram Ladoo, alongside signatures such as 24 Karat Mutton Biryani, Daryaganj Daulat Ki Chaat, and India Gate Avocado Bhel Puri. The restaurant also revisits legacy recipes dating back to 1947, including Jelly Fruit Cream Custard and Nargasi Kofta.

Adding to the experience are the Five Senses Curries, designed to engage diners through aroma, sound, and flavour, with much of the preparation showcased in an open kitchen. The beverage programme complements the menu with a nostalgic yet modern approach, rounding off a dining experience that blends familiarity with innovation.

With Daryaganj Gold, the brand takes a step towards offering a more layered and experiential take on North Indian cuisine, while staying true to the flavours and traditions that have defined it over the years.
