Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, is an expansion of the iconic Minar restaurant, located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Minar is a legacy brand that has been delighting diners with authentic Indian flavors since 1970. Building upon this rich heritage, Central Delhi brings Minar’s tradition into a modern fine-dining context, offering a blend of authenticity and innovation.
From inception to execution, CYK Hospitalities has played a key role in shaping Central Delhi, From The House of Minar into a gastronomic haven. The consultancy provided a comprehensive range of services, including kitchen and store layouts, menu planning and engineering, branding, packaging, and SOP execution. Their involvement extended to team hiring and training, ensuring that every guest experience is marked by impeccable service and operational excellence.
The thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Aditi Dixit takes guests on a journey through India’s diverse flavors with signature dishes like Benaras Tamatar ki Tart, Buratta Nadru ki Chaat, and Central Kala Jamun. These dishes not only highlight India’s rich culinary heritage but also introduce an innovative twist that appeals to modern palates.
