From November 14 to 23, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the rich culinary traditions of Kashmir, featuring a blend of delicate spices, bold flavors, and authentic recipes such as Rogan Josh, Nadir Kebab, Warimuth Kebab, and Kabargah Mutton that have been cherished for generations.
Named after the iconic river that flows through the heart of Kashmir, Jhelum pays homage to the soulful and vibrant cuisine of the Kashmiri Pandit community. Guests can indulge in a specially curated Chef’s set course menu at Kaansa or experience a lavish buffet at Café G, offering a variety of traditional dishes that showcase the diversity and depth of Kashmiri flavors.
