Crowne Plaza Greater Noida announces the appointment of Arun Vats as Executive Chef and Nileshwary Sharma as Director of Finance & Business Support, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team with their extensive experience and expertise.
Arun Vats brings over 22 years of culinary excellence, with a distinguished career spanning India, the Middle East, and international destinations. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur, Chef Arun began his journey with ITC Hotels at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata, and has since contributed his talents to renowned brands including The Oberoi Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels and Hard Rock International. His international exposure includes stints on Carnival Cruise Lines (M/S Valor, Miami, USA) and Holland America Cruise Lines (M/S Westerdam), as well as prestigious roles in Oman and Seychelles. Most recently, he served as Director of Culinary for Accor Group at Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort Goa and Mercure Devaaya Resort, Goa. Chef Arun specializes in Indian, French, Italian, Thai, Brazilian, and Arabic cuisines and brings a passion for innovation and global culinary trends to Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.
Nileshwary Sharma joins as Director of Finance & Business Support with over 13 years of experience in financial leadership across the hospitality and corporate sectors. A Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2012) and Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Nileshwari has worked with prominent organizations, including R.K. Jha and Associates, Sarupria Somani & Associates, Flicker Projects- Foods & Hospitality, and Alka Group of Hotels (Hotel Lakend, Jaisamand Island Resort & Ginger by Taj). Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greatr Noida, she held the position of Director of Finance at Ananta Hotels & Resorts, where she played a pivotal role in strategic financial planning and operational excellence.
