Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is all set to bring alive the vibrant spirit of Punjab with an immersive Baisakhi Fest at its signature dining venue, Mosaic. Scheduled from 13th April to 19th April 2026, the week-long celebration promises a lively mela-themed experience filled with authentic flavours, festive décor, and high-energy Punjabi hospitality.
Marking the harvest festival with grandeur, the experience has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the richness of Punjabi culture—where food, festivity, and togetherness take center stage. Guests can expect an immersive mela-themed ambiance paired with an indulgent culinary journey that celebrates tradition in its most delicious form.
Adding a special highlight to the festival, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida proudly welcomes Chef from the state of five rivers, Jaswant Singh from Holiday Inn Amritsar, who will be showcasing his signature expertise in authentic Punjabi cuisine. Known for his deep-rooted understanding of regional flavours, Chef Jaswant brings with him a legacy of recipes that perfectly capture the heart of Punjab. The dining experience at Mosaic will feature a lavish spread of traditional Punjabi delicacies, interactive live stations, and festive specialties that evoke nostalgia and celebration. Guests can indulge in iconic dishes such as sarson da saag with makki di roti topped with white butter, Amritsari kulcha with chole, butter chicken, dal makhani slow-cooked overnight, tandoori chicken fresh from the clay oven, and smoky seekh kebabs.
The experience will also include live chaat counters, tandoor stations, and rustic dhaba-style preparations, bringing the true essence of a Punjabi mela to life. To complete the feast, guests can savour decadent desserts like phirni, gur-based sweets, jalebi with rabri, and pinnis, along with refreshing lassi in traditional kulhads.
From 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM each evening, Mosaic will transform into a vibrant Punjabi fair, offering a grand culinary showcase led by Chef Jaswant Singh, along with an ambiance that captures the true essence of Baisakhi celebrations.
