    Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced the promotion of Avinash Chandola to Rooms Division Manager, alongside the appointment of Anju Rathore as Front Office Manager, further strengthening its Rooms Division leadership team.

    A valued member of the hotel’s leadership team, Avinash Chandola steps into his new role following his tenure as Front Office Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has played a pivotal role in streamlining front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing team culture at the hotel.

    In his expanded role as Rooms Division Manager, Avinash will oversee the overall functioning of the Front Office & Housekeeping operations, with a focus on seamless inter-departmental coordination, guest feedback, and strengthening loyalty engagement through Marriott Bonvoy. He will also continue to drive operational efficiencies and mentor teams to deliver consistent, elevated guest experiences.

    Commenting on his promotion, Avinash Chandola said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to grow within Marriott International. This new role allows me to further contribute towards creating seamless, personalised and dependable guest journeys, while strengthening collaboration across departments.”

    Joining the leadership team, Anju Rathore brings over 12 years of experience in Front Office operations and guest experience management. In her role as Front Office Manager, she will lead all front office functions, focusing on seamless arrivals and departures, enhanced guest engagement, and service consistency aligned with brand standards.

    She has extensive experience in managing high-volume operations, leading cross-functional teams, and strengthening service delivery standards. Known for her ability to balance operational precision with a guest-first approach, Anju has consistently driven strong guest satisfaction outcomes while building engaged and motivated teams.

    Sharing her thoughts on the new role, Anju Rathore said, “I am excited to be part of a brand that sets global standards in hospitality. Front Office is a defining touchpoint in the guest journey, and I look forward to leading a team that delivers warm, efficient and memorable experiences.”

    With this internal elevation and strategic appointment, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport continues to strengthen its Rooms Division leadership, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and delivering consistently elevated guest experiences for both business and leisure travellers.
