His professional journey includes key roles at prominent hotel brands such as Holiday Inn, Radisson Hotel, and Ramada Plaza—all in his hometown of Agra—where he consistently delivered results through strategic sales initiatives and a deep understanding of the local and inbound MICE and leisure markets.
A graduate of the Jaypee Hotels Training Centre, Agra, Amrissh Bhardwaj completed a rigorous three-year Graduate Hospitality Proficiency Programme, which provided him with both academic grounding and hands-on operational insight—assets that continue to inform his client-centric approach to sales leadership.
In his new role, Bhardwaj will spearhead all Sales and Marketing operations at Courtyard by Marriott Agra, focusing on enhancing the hotel’s competitive positioning, forging partnerships with corporate and travel trade stakeholders, and supporting the property’s vision as a preferred choice for business and leisure travellers alike.
