    Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru this September it raises a toast by joining the global celebration of Negroni Week in partnership with Campari. Set against the vibrant backdrop of the first bar in the city to rank in Asia’s 50 best list, the event is a tribute to the timeless Negroni, reimagined for today with bold flavours and inventive craft.

    Guests can experience the iconic Negroni like never before, crafted with innovative techniques and bold flavours. The activation unfolds in two parts: Aperitivo Week (September 15–22, 2025), where light, aperitivo-style drinks and small plates bring the full Italian tradition to life, followed by Negroni Week (September 22–28, 2025), the main showcase of Copitas’ inventive Negroni menu.

    At Copitas, highlights include Sorso Esotico, a bold mix of Pandan Bulldog Gin, Coffee Campari, White Chocolate, and Beetroot Ginger Vinegar; Rosso e Caldo, crafted with Burnt Butter Espolon Blanco, Coco Nibs Campari, Parmesan Cinzano Rosso, and a hint of Grapefruit & Jalapeño Tincture; and Sorriso, a vibrant blend of Campari, Homemade Plum Wine, Amaretto and Elderflower Cordial, topped with Cinzano Prosecco. Each cocktail is priced at INR 1400, making for an experience that is as indulgent as it is innovative.

    Keeping up with a global tradition, the Negroni Week is a partnership with Campari that unites mixologists and enthusiasts around the world. At Copitas, the celebration extends beyond the cocktails with a thoughtfully curated aperitivo snack menu focused on sustainability, designed to complement the drinks and create a complete Italian aperitivo experience. Whether through the buzz of guest shifts, the theatre of a Negroni trolley, or intimate masterclasses, Copitas promises a celebration that is as much about discovery as it is about flavour.

    Sipping, savouring, and celebrating is at the heart of Copitas, where every pour from the signature Negronis to the curated aperitivo menu is a showcase of artistry and flavour.
