With over 11 years of extensive experience within the Hilton group, Naveen has showcased remarkable leadership and a passion for hospitality, making him the ideal choice for this prestigious role.
Naveen’s journey with Hilton began in 2013, during which he held significant roles at several prominent Hilton properties, including Hilton Chennai, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore, DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad, and Hilton Garden Inn Singapore, where he was part of the opening team. His international exposure and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency at each property.
In his new role at Conrad Pune, Naveen will oversee both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel’s 351 rooms, seven renowned dining outlets, and nine versatile meeting spaces. His dedication to quality and innovative approach will further enhance Conrad Pune’s standing as a leader in luxury hospitality.
A Hilton’s Shine 1 Leadership Program graduate and a certified Luxury Trainer, Naveen brings a diverse skill set that goes beyond conventional roles. He contributes to Hilton South Asia’s Quality group that focuses on elevating guest satisfaction and impactful enhancements.
