This Oktober, Coriander Kitchen at Conrad Pune invites guests to raise a glass to the spirit of Bavaria with an immersive Oktoberfest celebration till 4th October 2026, bringing together hearty German flavours, live grills and the conviviality of a traditional Bavarian marketplace. Designed around the themes of community, camaraderie and comfort food, the evening will recreate the warmth and rustic charm associated with Germany’s much-loved beer festival.
The specially curated dinner buffet will take guests on a culinary journey through classic Bavarian flavours, with an array of traditional German-inspired dishes crafted to pair perfectly with crisp German-style brews. From live-grilled German sausages and tangy Sauerkraut to freshly prepared Pretzels, Spätzle, flavoured mustards and Pumpernickel, the spread brings together some of the region’s most recognisable culinary staples.
Guests can look forward to Bavarian favourites such as warm Bavarian soft pretzels served with sweet Bavarian mustard, Obatzda-style Bavarian cheese spread, crispy potato pancakes with apple compote, Käsespätzle with wild mushrooms and aged Bergkäse, and traditional Bavarian potato salad. The live-grill selection further brings the Oktoberfest experience to life with Nürnberger Bratwurst, chicken bratwurst and other grilled sausage preparations, served alongside classic accompaniments such as sauerkraut and mustard.
