In just over a year, Common Time has redefined the way Delhi experiences coffee. From becoming one of the capital’s most sought-after specialty coffee destinations to building a loyal community around thoughtfully designed spaces, exceptional brews and everyday rituals, the homegrown brand has rapidly established itself as a modern hospitality success story.

Now, following its remarkable expansion across Delhi, Common Time is making its Mumbai debut through an exclusive month-long pop-up at the Café by The St. Regis Mumbai, Phoenix Palladium, running from 12th August to 12th September 2026

Set within one of the city’s most distinguished luxury destinations, the collaboration introduces Mumbai to Common Time’s signature approach to specialty coffee. Guests can experience a carefully curated menu featuring the brand’s bestselling coffee creations bringing together quality craftsmanship, warm hospitality and the understated luxury of slowing down over a great cup of coffee.

Designed as more than just a Café experience, the pop-up reflects Common Time’s philosophy of creating spaces that celebrate modern rituals. Whether it’s a midday coffee break, a catch-up with friends or a quiet moment between meetings, the residency invites Mumbai to discover the everyday culture that has made Common Time a phenomenon in Delhi.

The collaboration also marks a significant milestone in the brand’s growth journey. As Common Time ventures beyond its home city for the first time, the pop-up offers an opportunity to engage with Mumbai’s thriving specialty coffee community, introduce new audiences to its distinctive hospitality experience and offer a first taste of what the brand represents.

Speaking about the collaboration, Jaivardhan Bhatia, Director at Bhatia Hospitality Group, shares: “Mumbai has always been a city we’ve admired for its vibrant café culture and appreciation for thoughtful hospitality. Partnering with Café by The St. Regis Mumbai allows us to introduce Common Time in a way that feels true to our brand, through exceptional coffee, meaningful experiences and the simple rituals that bring people together. We see this as the beginning of our journey with the city and are excited to share a glimpse of the Common Time world with Mumbai.”
