Collinson International has announced its collaboration with publicly listed TBO Academy. This strategic collaboration enables TBO Academy’s travel partners to offer their customers access to a global network of airport lounges at more than 700 airports via the LoungeKey Pass™ Storefront solution.

TBO Academy’s network of travel agents can directly purchase a LoungeKey Pass on behalf of their customers via their existing booking channels. In turn, LoungeKey Pass enables travellers to visit an airport lounge without the need for registration, physical cards or membership. They can simply scan a digital QR code at the entrance of the airport lounge to enjoy access.

India’s travel sector is growing rapidly, with travellers spending over US$1 billion every month on international travel. Access to airport lounges and other premium services are also central to today’s airport experience, with Collinson International’s recent research revealing that 93% of surveyed travellers in India have visited an airport lounge at least once. As travel continues to grow in India and with consumers increasingly placing value on airport experiences, brands have new opportunities to deepen their engagement with their customers, by providing access to rewards and benefits that enhance their travel journeys.

Commenting on the collaboration with TBO Academy, Todd Handcock, Chief Commercial Officer and Asia Pacific Executive Chair, Collinson International, said: “We are seeing incredible growth in India’s travel sector. India’s outbound travel witnessed a record-breaking surge in the first half of 2025 with over 9.2 million people travelling abroad in the first six months – resulting in 11% year-on-year growth. We are excited to partner with TBO Academy, to allow travel agents in their network to offer their customers seamless access to our network of premium airport lounges via the LoungeKey Pass Storefront solution.”

Vidhu Lamba, SVP, TBO Academy said, “At TBO Academy, we are committed to simplifying travel and empowering our travel partners with exclusive agent benefits, educational resources and training support. Through Collinson International’s LoungeKey Pass Storefront, we are delighted to provide a highly sought-after benefit that allows travellers to gain seamless access to airport lounges worldwide. This enables our partners to effortlessly book lounge access for their customers, and in turn, adding value and convenience to every journey.”
